July 2005 and the Men In Speedos are on tour to Glasgow for a special day in a special place.  For one day only the Glasshouse in the Botanic Gardens in Glasgow was home to three rooms of music, and a load of loopers being eyeballed by the flora & fauna in their cages & tanks.  A reptile room, a cactus room, goldfish in a wee river & pond.

Outside had a reggae soundsystem to keep people grooving whilst having a drink and a feed.  And indoors was the bar, where we played, and the main room where Daddy G played.

We kicked off the night whilst the sun was still shining and the doors were opening, and played for an hour.

Unfortunately we managed to fuck up the recording of the set from 2 minidiscs, from two different outputs, so we can’t even allow you to hear it … but suffice to say we had a ball, and got the best of both worlds playing early, and then getting to enjoy the rest of the evening.

Thanks Glasgow, coz we had a top night.
